Consiliul Legislativ a dat un aviz favorabil proiectului de revizuire a Constituţiei, iar Preşedinţia a preluat o parte din observaţii înainte de a trimite textul către CCR, unele dintre ele referindu-se spre exemplu la hotărârile CSM.
