Tribunalul Constanţa a decis, luni, că majorarea de capital, prin care o parte din datoriile kazahilor de la Rompetrol faţă de stat au fost transformate în acţiuni Rompetrol Rafinare – Petromidia, este legală, potrivit unor surse apropiate cazului.
